What we hold, and what we do not
This is a free pilot, and the short version is that we hold nothing about you at all. Not your name, not your email, not a Telegram account. This page says how that works, what the website stores in your browser, and who else sees anything.
What we hold about you: nothing
There is no subscriber list here. The alerts and the weekly digest are posted to one private Telegram channel, and whoever runs this service adds you to it inside Telegram — so this service never learns your name, your email address or your Telegram account. The website has no accounts either: it opens with one shared passphrase, which identifies nobody. Two people are aware you are a subscriber, and neither of them is us: Telegram, which knows a channel's membership as it knows any channel's, and the person who added you.
What we hold about your clients: nothing either
This service watches official Portuguese sources. It never sees a case. There is no applicant file, no client directory, and no channel through which case detail could reach the weekly digest — and that is enforced in the code itself, by a gate that refuses to record such data at all, rather than by a policy someone has to remember. If you send us case detail in a reply, we do not store it, and we will say so.
Cookies on this site
One, called pt_access. It carries the shared passphrase for thirty days so you are not asked for it on every visit. It is the same passphrase for everyone, so it identifies nobody, and it holds nothing about you. This site runs no analytics and loads no third-party script of any kind — the page you are reading fetches nothing from anyone but us.
Who else sees anything
Vercel serves this website and therefore keeps the request logs any web server keeps. Telegram carries the channel, so it knows who is in it and what was posted there — that membership is held by Telegram and by whoever administers the channel, never by this service. The code is stored elsewhere again and contains no subscriber data at all, because there is none to contain.
How to leave
Leave the Telegram channel, or ask to be removed from it. That is the whole of it: there is no record of you here to delete, no account to close and no list to come off. If you would rather ask us first, write to privacy@emvigor.com.

webmixgamer holds this data and answers for it. For anything on this page, including a request to be removed, write to privacy@emvigor.com.
If any of this changes
The pilot is free and deliberately small. If this service ever starts holding something about you, you will be told in the digest before it does rather than after — and this page will say what and why.
